Talents depend on education, and the implementation of education needs teachers, so the innovation teachers are the foundation of casting the innovative talents. Higher normal colleges and universities are the main base of training teacher in our country’s middle and primary school and they should cultivate qualified innovative teachers for innovation education. Related research shows that the process of people’s learning and success are the process in which intellectual factors interact with non-intellectual factors, and the non-intellectual factors play the role of the decision. As a result, the study on cultivating students’ non-intellective factors in the High teachers’innovation education could have the vital significance to improve students’innovative quality and cultivating innovative teachers. In this paper, Based on the research of Li Yinbao master’s thesis ten years ago, a questionnaire survey was conducted in1383students of seven universities from freshman, sophomore to junior in chemistry teachers’professional of seven college school, including Hunan Normal University, Hunan University of Science and Technology, Hengyang Normal University, Huaihua University, Hunan University of Arts and Science, Hunan University of Science and Engineering, Hunan Institute of Humanities Science and technology. This survey is about college students on learning and five non intelligence factors such as interest in learning, problem consciousness and the questioning ability, emotion and attitude of experiment, extracurricular learning motivation, status and differences in occupation target, research consciousness and the spirit of competition and so on.Compared with the data of ten years ago, the study of the survey suggested that learning interest of students in higher normal chemistry have changed, and the majority of students reduce their learning interests, especially the first year’s studying of college school decrease most quickly; The overall level of the student’s question consciousness and the ability to questioning are not high. With the grade increasing, the ability of questioning is improving; Learning motivation of students has been increasing year by year; The emotion and attitude to chemical experiment lack of enough preparation; Most of the students have clear occupation targets, and the proportion of choosing to be educators is the largest. With the grade increasing, the research consciousness and spirit are improving. In addition, we also study that the general state of Hunan Normal University and seven colleges were compared, and find that learning interest of students in chemistry in Hunan normal university have uneven development, presenting’two prominent trends’; the problem consciousness and the questioning ability are better than that of the2013survey; Learning motivation is stronger than that of the2013survey; The emotion and attitude to chemistry experiment is much more prepared than that of2013survey; Students tend to do chemistry educators more, and research consciousness and the spirit of competition are better than level of2013investigationAt the same time, based on the data of comparative analysis and according to the situation and the new changes of each college chemistry students’ non-intelligence factors, and the differences and similarities in chemistry at the Hunan Normal University students’ Non-intelligence factors, we have some discussions and analysis in the process of cultivation of College Students’ good non-intelligence factors. And then we suggest educators should strengthen and pay attention to the discussions and analysis, in order to promote high chemistry teaching and students’ learning and improve the quality of innovation.
