The onrushing tidal wave of information is impacting every field in our social life,including education.To construct IT in education is the common trend for educational development in today's world.Teacher is the main force to realize the great project of e-Education.'If information technology is the magic wand with tremendous power,the teacher is the magician who handles this magic wand'.Developing teachers'educational information competence is an active response to challenges that are put forward by the information age, and it is also a strategy of make use of the chance which is brought to educational reform by technologies. Pre-service teachers are tomorrow's teachers and main reserve for K-12 teachers in the fliture.Their preparation status in educational information competence not only decides the education quality and improvement of stuff members in the future,but also have an effect on the process of a nation's IT in education directly.Currently.the mode of educational information competence training for pre-service teachers is transforming from'technology-centered mode' to 'the integration of technology and application mode'gradually in our country.But according to ourobservation and questionare research,during implementing it is a universal phenomenon that theory is isolated from practice and technology is separated from application.To seek for an effective and reasonable training mode,the author utilizes the successful experience of case based instruction from the domain of law,medicine and commercial management.On the basis of modern knowledge management theory, cooperative learning theory, constructive learning theory and 'learning by doing' theory, a case-based three phases training mode is put forward which is composed of theory support,case study and action implementation.lt is expected not only to accelerate the knowledge internalization,but also to develop the ability of reflection and problem-solving better through the communication between theory and practice as well as technology and application.To demonstrate the feasibility and validity of this mode in teaching practice,the author do an experiment whose objects are undergraduates majoring in Chinese in ZheJiang Normal University.The date is from questionnaire investigation, individual visit, classroom observation and works evaluation.The result shows that the testees are interested in this case-based teaching method.They experienced from incomprehension to comprehension about the instructional design of integrating technology into curricula in information environment.lt shows that their consciousness of applying technology in instruction is reinforced...
