The teacher’s teacher ability determines the quality of teacher professionalization,and the teacher’s professional quality is closely related to the quality of education.The teacher’s main reserve power as the future teacher determines the teaching level of the entire teacher group[1].The advancement of science and technology and the rise of informatization education have brought about earth-shaking changes to the entire education and teaching system.Information technology courses have become an indispensable part.As a pre-service stage for information technology teachers,information technology teachers should not only have basic professional knowledge and information literacy,but also possess the ability of cognition,behavioral ability,attitude or values,motivation,etc.,to be qualified for this position,which requires Information technology disciplines and teacher competency are effectively integrated.How to judge which capabilities are necessary for information technology teachers and students,which capabilities have a large impact coefficient,which capacity impact factors are small,and which need to be enhanced,currently requires scientific and systematic evaluation methods.In order to make scientific assessment and evaluation of teachers and students of information technology,it contributes to the evaluation of teacher’s competence in teachers’teaching,reveals the development and characteristics of teacher competence in the pre-service stage,and provides some references for it.It is suggested that this study mainly does the following work:1)Organize the relevant literature and use the expert consultation method to obtain30 competency indicator entries.The entry was written as a related item,and more than90 information technology professional teachers were pre-investigated.The principal component analysis method was used to delete 9 items,and 5 common factors were extracted.Each common factor represents one.Dimensions are:knowledge quality dimension,teaching quality dimension,skill quality dimension,teacher moral quality dimension and personality quality dimension.These five dimensions are first-level indicators,and the elements under each dimension are corresponding secondary indicators.AHP hierarchical model;2)Investigate the experts using the Delphi method,and let the experts pass the AHP evaluation scale to the indicator line.According to the principle of analytic hierarchy process,the matrix of the comparison results is listed,and the matrix is imported into the analytic hierarchy process software YAAHP to perform hierarchical single-sequence sorting and hierarchical total sorting test.The weights of each index are obtained,and the teachers of information technology majors are established.Competency evaluation index system;3)Demonstrate the indicator system and issue 352 formal measurement questionnaires,benefiting SPSS 22.0 softwareThe reliability and validity of the questionnaire are analyzed,and the analysis results are good,indicating that the index system is more scientific,and finally gives suggestions for the development of information technology teachers.Through this evaluation study,it can guide how to cultivate the basic performance teacher competency of information technology students before entering the job,and the competency level potential of teachers with high performance,excellent performance or high performance in a shorter professional development cycle.
