The paper researches the present situation of Fujian province's college and universities' P.E. teachers' on-the-job training by means of documentary, investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, focusing on the short-comings, influencing factors and countermeasures of Fujian province's college and universities' P.E. teachers' on-the-job training.The research result shows that the structure of the teachers' technical title, record of schooling, speciality and the resource are unreasonable, the level of the teachers' operating computer, English, referee and scientific research are lower. It's necessary to put forward to strengthen on-the-job training so as to raise the whole level of college and universities' P.E. teachers. The present situation of Fujian province's college and universities' P.E. teachers' on-the-job training is: the record of schooling of on-the-job training has graduate student be on the job, graduate student of same class and full-time graduate student three types; the non-record of schooling of on-the-job training has training classes, assistant class for advanced studies, teaching and research section's activity, advanced oneself studies and society activity five ways. Among all kinds of train, post train occupies half proportion of the people of investigated, among teaching and research section's activity, teaching and research takes half ratio of the people of investigated.308 P.E. teachers inquire little about on-the-job policy, the aim of they took part in on-the-job training is to raise teaching ability, the record of schooling, scientific research ability and obtain technical title, make appointment. Among the teachers, there are half think the knowledge and skill they learned in university can't satisfy the need of teaching and training; most of them have right attitude toward on-the-job training; referee .modern education theory, idea and politics education, professional ethics accomplishment, P.E. teaching skill and training, foreign language are content of on-the-job training; kinds of short-time training class, graduate student be on the job, scientific research task, society activity and teaching and research section's activity are the teachers'tendency for way of on-the-job training; their tendency for the content of on-the-job training is such as rising sport item's skill and knowledge, P.E. teaching skill and training, referee and so on; their tendency for frequency of on-the-job training is to study every year or every 2 year; and their tendency for type of on-the-job training is half released for study. By soliciting opinions from all sides, and applying pareto analysis, we get the influencing factors of Fujian province's college and universities' P.E. teachers' on-the-job training are as follows: the funds is lack; the teachers have great work load; the college and universities' pay little attention to the teachers' on-the-job training; the time that the teachers can control is little; the leader pay little attention to the teachers' on-job-job training; the system of the teachers' on-job-job training is not perfect; the form of the teachers' on-job-job training is rigid and we also get the countermeasures as follows:we should strengthen the learning alternating to the outer world, overcome our weak points by learning from others' strong points, raise the quality of the teachers' on-job-job training; carry out investigation and study before determining the items of on-the-job training, ensure the content of on-the-job training to be directed at the teachers, be practical to the teachers and be advanced to the teachers; change our idea, strengthen leading, build up the encouraging system of college and universities' P.E. teachers' on-the-job training; provide necessary time; intensify leading, found a good atmosphere and environment of college and universities' P.E. teachers' on-the-job training; raise money through various ways, guarantee college and universities' P.E. teachers' on-the-job training; set up rules and regulations, reinforce supervising, examining, managing and evaluating; bring college and universities' strong points into play, arrange all kinds of resources reasonably; improve the teaching methods and means, carry out varied on-the-job trainings; differentiate administrative levels, protrude important point, develop on-the-job training directly; enhance college and universities' P.E. teachers' cognition.
