Seeing that urbanization construction can stimulate the socio-economic development, both the north of Fujian Province and the south of Fujian Province should strengthen city orientation in urban development, strengthen the characteristic advantage of the city, and set up a human—oriented " ecotype " society which urban construction and economic construction, economic development and natural development could coexist harmoniously.
