Current Situation And Solutions Of The Private College Teachers' Rank Establishment In Fujian Province

In recent years,the private higher education of Fujian province developed rapidly,and makes great contributions no matter in promoting higher education popularization,improving national quality and promoting the reform of education system or in facilitating market economy and maintaining social stability.The contraction of teachers working in non-government higher school in Fujian province has made great progress.Meanwhile it has arisen some problems,which has been some obstacles impeding the development non-government college.On this circumstance,pay attention to research construction of teachers working in non-government higher school,which has incredible meaning in solving development problems and exploring development idea.In this paper,the problem that the contract of teachers working in non-government higher school in Fujian province is the main object of study.Through consulting literature,questionnaire survey and hold talks in each city,we select 26 private colleges and universities which had national recognition as the sample to investigate.Through the research of prominent problems in the structure of teachers troop,we find 26 sample colleges and universities exist many questions,such as instability of teacher' troop,the unreasonable of the structure,the lack of welfare guarantee,the perfection of on-the-job training system,the lack of the capacity for scientific research etc.This papers introduce human resource management theory,and double factors management theory to analyse reasons about the questions above.The reasons include government,sociology,administration of school and the teachers.This article proposes three solutions.For example affirm the teachers as the teachers of our country",set up the special finance,change the idea and pattern of school manage.The author hope these measures can afford a salutary lesson to teachers,rank establishment of Private College in Fujian Province.
