The Study On The Current Situation Of Fujian College Sports Research And Its Affecting Factors

College sports as a part of higher education; its research work is the first element to promote the accelerated development of higher physical education. Into the 21st century, the rapid development of college sports, sports research work has become an important part of college sports, not only in promoting the university to do a unique a high standard of education and strengthening of school physical education system cohesion; or in the training of Master Teachers and strengthen cooperation in scientific research institutions have played an important role. Sports research work has become an important task of the sports teaching and training of the university.In this study, using the sports department and the teachers of 17 undergraduate colleges and 36 ordinary vocational schools of Fujian province as a research object, using literature, questionnaire surveys, expert interviews, statistics law and Pareto analysis and other research methods, to make a comprehensive study on the teachers'research achievements and characteristics of Fujian Ordinary Higher Sports College, and problems which existed in Fujian Ordinary Higher Sports College teachers'research and their affecting factors, the main conclusions are as follows:1. Fujian College sports department basically formed a more stable research team, but the backbone of scientific research is still very weak. Age structure is getting reasonable, education level is gradually improving, job structure has been optimized, and gradually formed a reasonable match, and vibrant academic echelon.2. The journal source of papers published by the teachers of Fujian Teachers College Sports departments has some limitations. There is a big difference and imbalance on the number of papers published by different types and levels of colleges and universities. From the college-level point of view, the sports research of vocational schools is very weak, which should attract relevant leaders' attention. From the college type, papers published by physical education faculties are far, higher than the ordinary sports faculties, and has become the main force in the field of university sports research.3. Personal research is still the main method of Fujian College sports research, but the trend, of cooperation is becoming more and more obvious. On the whole, develop from individual research to collectivization, co-operative research direction. The small groups of multi-disciplinary, multi-disciplinary cooperation and exchange, which affects the quality of research papers, thus restricts the development and improvement of level of college sports research of our province.4. At present, due to various factors, resulting in teachers'attitude towards sports research at a lower level on the whole. The purpose and motivation of engaging in sports research followed by:assessment title, accomplishment of research tasks required by college, raise personal academic standards, for the purpose of fulfilling their duties, contributing to the discipline construction, raising their profile, interests and hobbies, etc. There are different choices of different professional titles of teachers on the purposes of research. The higher professional titles they have, the higher level of their research motivation. 5. Through Pareto analysis to discuss the major factors affecting teachers'engaging in sports research of Fujian Colleges and University, followed by:difficulty of publishing papers, a lack of time and energy, a lack of funding, a lack of approval of the subject, inadequate of knowledge, the difficulty of innovation, a lack of expert guidance, and difficulty of choosing topics.
