| Based on an open-ended questionnaire and on overviews of former studies, this study analyzed all sorts of factors considered by college students when they have sexual behaviors. And based on a test of one small sample, a theoretical hypothesis was put forward in this study. Thus the College Students' Sexual Behavior Values Questionnaire was designed and the reliability and validity were tested out. Then the status and characteristics of college students'sexual behavior values was investigated through the formal questionnaire. At last five suggestions were proposed to educate the college students according to the characteristics of the college students' sexual behavior values.The main results of this study are as follows:(l) The self-made questionnaire had high reliability and fair validity. By the method of factor analysis, the research found that the college students' sexual behavior values are constructed by six dimensions:"love"," family","pleasure", "peer", "fame and gain" and "development" .(2) The order of ratings' mean of every dimension given by the college students was: "family" "love" "development""pleasure" "fame and gain" "peer" . (3) The gender effect in all dimensions was statistically significant. The specialty effect, the grade effect and love experience effect in some dimensions was statistically significant. The living place effect was no statistically significant in all dimensions.
