The author started the research with the perspective of management science and applied psychology, and then investigated interpersonal harmony values, the feature of innovation values and the present situation of innovative behavior of employees by methodologies like literature review, questionnaire survey and interview etc. Meanwhile the article analyzed the relationship among the three variables mentioned above; finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures on interpersonal harmony and innovation management.①There are four kinds of interpersonal harmony values that the employees had in organization: affective harmony, conflicting harmony, ostensible harmony, and temporized harmony. And most employees agree the affective harmony.②Employees have four kinds of innovation values: organizational value orientation, personal value orientation, conformity value orientation and maintenance value orientation. And organizational value orientation is the leading innovation values of employees, the following position is personal value orientation, conformity value orientation and maintenance value orientation.③There are for dimensions in innovative behavior: self-determination and query, sensitivity and liveliness, concentration and self-possession, self-confidence and high efficiency.④There is a difference on interpersonal harmony values, innovation values and innovative behavior among the employees with different demography variables.⑤There is significant positive correlation between affective harmony, organizat- ional value orientation and personal value orientation, and there is significant negative correlation between affective harmony and conformity orientation; there is significant positive correlation between conflicting harmony, organizational value orientation and personal value orientation, and there is significant negative correlation between temporized harmony, maintenance value orientation and conformity orientation.⑥There is significant positive correlation between conflicting harmony, ostensi- ble harmony and innovative behavior, while there is no significant correlation between affective harmony, temporized harmony and innovative behavior.⑦There is significant positive correlation between organizational value orientation, personal value orientation and innovative behavior, while there is no significant correlation between maintenance value orientation, conformity orientation and innovative behavior.⑧To manage employees'interpersonal harmony and innovation starts with cultivating correct harmony notion, helping them establish the right innovation values and encouraging them to exhibit more innovative behavior when confronting with the contradiction of harmony and innovation.
