The Management To Private School In The Early Period Of Nanjin GuoMing Goverment And Its Modern Implication

Content:The Private middle school is booming in China, and it has made great impace on the entive transformation to the present high school education. Especially after China's joining WTO, it again is going to welcome another rapid development. During the early Nanjian GuoMing Goverment, the private schools developed rather well and the practice and exploration at that time are worthy of our studying and summarizing. And this thesis, analyzing the education purpose of SanMing—ism (civil right, democratism, living) and general ideas in private middle school management during that period, elaborates generally on its traning education management and studying atmosphere, on the mange-ment to private middle school's setting and recording for future use, on the management to teacher and students on the management to the course teaching and facility, on the management to private middle school physical education and military training, on the administration and supervision system in private schools. All of above facts draws a general picturesque of the management from the government to the private schools. Through exploring the development condition and tendancy, it analyzes four main implications. Firstly, permitting to run schools on its own within law makes sure of the real development; secondly, perfect legal systems concerned, and solve the questions and difficulties so that it can standardise the education legally and explore the wider direction for the development of the private school; Thirdly, set a new education mode of supervising the private school, and offer a better and powerful stage for its further development; Fourthly, strengthen the inspection to the masters and teachers in the private school. We should objectively criticize the management at that time and get the experiences completely, which is greatly meaningful and valuable to strengthen the present school's management, to develope our country with science and technology, to promote the high school during the transition period.
