On Students-oriented College Moral Education

The essence of moral education and value orientation research is one of the hotter problems that has been studied and inquired into in recent years. Based on the analysis of the essence of the moral education, the author of the thesis has put forward the tentative plan that the college moral education should be student-oriented and at the same time, emphasize its value, essence, characteristics, basic theory and implementation strategy, etc.The fundamental value of college moral education is to teach students how to behave and make them acquire self-development and improvement so that they can lead an independents, kind and happy life. It involves in the following connotation and characteristics: 1, the essence and basic characteristic is people-oriented. 2, the purpose of the moral education is "everything is done for students". 3, persist in the education ethics that respect students, concern about and cherish them. 4, persist in educational action - relying on students completely.We should stick to and set up the following principles: 1, set up strong sense of life and promote the individual value of life.2, set up the goal of moral education —to develop the students' qualities as citizens and strengthen their personalities.3, construct the moral education based on the life of the college students and their troubles.4, improve and develop the college students as the subjects of moral education.5, persist in the value leading, active practice and independent thinking.We should adopt the following implementation strategies: 1, get rid of the formalism surmounted in the moral education work and try to be pragmatic. 2, grasp the focus of their life and their inner requirements and lead their implementation value. 3, attach importance to living experience and stick to the combination of goal guidance and the students' self-teaching. 4, try to create human naturalization environment of moral education. 5,create evaluating pattern of developing the students' quality.
