Mental State Promotion Theory And Implementation

As the essence of human, the mental state indicates the noumenon character of human. The mental state is one of the symbols of people's life quality by the regulating behavior. Students in the university are the future of country, the hope of nation; hence they can bear those responsibilities only under a well mental state. However, the transforming of society and economy push them to face the unprecedented pressure of competition in the studying, working and living, and the collision of multi-standard valuation plus the prevailing of utilitarian give them a difficult judgment of beliefs and values. In such good many pressures and mazes, whether the students' mental states can be promoted scientificly, and whether they can defend their base line of spirit, are two serious problems for the university moral education which has the important responsibility to build the spiritual homeland for the society. But in the actual educating activities, the university moral education inherits the social standard and lack for solicitude for individual spirits. For all the above, the research of mental state promotion theory and implementation has the importantly realistic significance.This research focuses on the practice. In other words, the author pays more attention to the methods of mental state promotion and a solution in which includes practicability and maneuverability as two most important properties. For this purpose, based on the generation theory of mental state promotion and the mental state of undergraduates, the thesis combines the EQ theory and the managerial grid theory, which are proved practicable and effective, as the analyse facilities. According to the principle of materialism dialectics, we can build the micro- and macro-model of mental state promotion in which the structure of macro- model utilizes EQ theory to deal the diversity of environment and the independence of individuals while the micro-model uses the managerial grid theory to reveal the validity of different motivation methods in specified circumstance for directing people to choose relatively effective motivation methods.In word to verify the feasibility and the validity of two models of mental state promotion, the author uses an internet-holic student as a study case. In the background of group tutorial, author has collected plenty of information from the processes of testing, observing and discussing to analyse the mentality and the behavior changing of experimental subject in the course of experiment. The experiment has verified the scientificity of operational mode, and provided valuable experience and information for the completing of operational mode of mental state promotion.
