As an important part of higher education,the teaching quality of public physical education cannot be ignored.Current our country university student's physical quality is on the decline,it have inseparable relationship with the university public physical education,and class teaching management is an important part of public physical education teaching activities,there are many factors that can influence the classroom management,studies have shown that human factors in classroom management is the main influence factors of classroom management.Based on management square theory,this paper discusses the significance and function of management square theory in the practice of PE classroom management.Based on management square theory,this paper discusses the significance and function of management square theory in the practice of PE classroom management.Literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics research methods such as the male body in liaocheng university classes,1245 students,and among the 20 teachers,understand the current status of the management of liaocheng university public sports classroom teaching,analyzes the existing problems in the classroom teaching management to put forward the strategies of the improvement and perfection,and using the managerial grid theory knowledge,design the best 9.9 public sports classroom teaching management mode,physical education teachers to improve classroom management for the future work,improve the effect of public sports teaching quality and to provide theoretical guidance.Through the research on the current situation of public physical education classroom teaching management in liaocheng university,it is concluded that:(1)the way teachers deal with students' disciplinary violations lacks flexibility and cognitive education,and the proportion of students' satisfaction with the way teachers deal with disciplinary violations is similar to that of students' dissatisfaction.(2)teachers need to pay more attention to students.(3)in the process of classroom teaching,the teacher check the students' learning effect of frequency is low,some students never get inspection and guidance of teachers,teachers need to strengthen the formative assessment in the process of classroom teaching.(4)was the main reason for students to participate in sports learning motor skills,and most of the students' enthusiasm to participate in sports is higher.(5)in the teaching process,there are still some factors that restrict the development of classroom teaching,such as site equipment,single teaching method and single evaluation method.Suggestions for improvement:(1)teaching management staff and teachers are required to fully understand the management grid theory and learn relevant knowledge before starting their work.(2)optimize classroom management,formulate practical classroom rules,define the learning objectives of each class,constantly update the educational concept,and adhere to the people-oriented approach.(3)in the process of teaching,we should fully understand the real situation of each student,make use of the students' recent development area,focus on promoting the understanding and absorption of students' knowledge and skills,and accelerate theinternalization of knowledge.(4)physical education teachers should attach great importance to students' practice in the teaching process,provide timely and effective guidance to students,and timely evaluate students' learning results.(5)strengthen the training of teachers in classroom management and strengthen the construction of teacher ethics.(6)to create a positive learning atmosphere,it is necessary to change the students' passive management and cultivate their ability of self-management.
