The development of higher education in China has accumulated solid human capital for modernization,and meeting the needs of talents in all aspects of economic and social development,but it also faces the challenges of how to promote the organic integration between higher education and local development,and how to promote the coordinated development of educational resources.However,the construction of multi-campus universities is an effective way to solve these problems.The formation of multi-campus universities is mainly due to the guidance of national and local policies,the limited space for school development,the need for the development of disciplines and the allocation of resources.Compared with single-campus universities,the uniqueness of multi-campus universities lies in their large scale,diverse relationships and comprehensive construction of disciplines.This study takes the managerial system of multi-campus universities which is building world-class universities and first-class disciplines in the capital of China as research objects,because the higher education resources in the capital of China is rich,(There are thirty-four universities are building world-class universities and first-class disciplines in the capital of China,and twenty-five of which are multi-campus universities,accounting for 74%.)And the research takes place at the same one area that is realizable.Otherwise,with the coordinated developmental strategy of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and the further alleviating of the non-core functions of the capital,more and more capital universities are facing the construction of the multi-campus.In addition,with the development of higher education in China,there is an urgent need for theoretical research and discussion on the management of multi-campus universities.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the managerial system of multi-campus universities which is building world-class universities and first-class disciplines in the capital of China.By investigating and studying the existing managerial system of multi-campus universities which is building world-class universities and first-class disciplines in the capital of China.This paper sorts out the current key problems and causes of multi-campus universities in the capital of China.What's more,a new managerial systemof multi-campus university is put forward by studying the successful managerial experience and failure managerial lessons of multi-campus university at home and abroad,and drawing experience from the theory of chain enterprises' management and the allocation of resources.First of all,it is necessary to clarify the positioning of the government,universities and campuses,and the orientation of differentiated competition among campuses.At the same time,it is essential to use the theory of the chain enterprises' management to construct a controllable managerial system,including formulating the scientific,dynamic and developmental goal of multi-campus university,focusing on the brand building of multi-campus university,defining function of managerial service at multi-campus university by establishing a service-oriented managerial form,broadening the channels of absorbing funds and reducing financial dependence,building a full-channel communicational strategy to carry out the intelligent construction of multi-campus university.Finally,the allocation of resource theory is used to create an efficient operating environment for multi-campus universities.The purpose of this study is to provide a new perspective for the development and management of multi-campus universities,find practical solutions to the current managerial problems of multi-campus universities,improve the quality of local talent training and promote the sharing of higher education resources.
