New English Curriculum Criteria put the affect into one of the course objectives, because Language learning relates closely to the affect. The course of students' speaking language relates itself to social intercourse and affect. Positive affect and sanguine personality help students positively into language activities. They can get the chance to study more and more; Strong motivation, keen interest and practice improve the result; Strong will and self-confidence help students to surmount the difficulty; On the contrary, excessive shyness, introversion, excessive anxiety and negative affect influent the language study. Affect itself is important aspect of students' all-round development. Pay close attention to the affect is one of the important characters of international elementary educational reform.Affect is the chief character in autonomy study, also is an internal driving force. And it is usually a response for whether one is satisfied with his/her needs and intention. The atmosphere, in which the teacher and students are willing to believe in and support each other, will promote a harmonious interaction. And it will help the task in English class to be suited effectively to learners' needs and intention. Thus, affective factors are helpful to improve and produce great results, at the same time, to promote the development of whole-person education in class. There is research saying, when a person is in a negative affective state, cognitive activity will stop. Even if it doesn't stop, cognitive activity won't have practical effect.Add up to my research, I adopt some available affective factors and methods into my experiment. According to the results' contrast of the common class and the experiment class in which affective factors have gone well, and according to some datum and the questionnaires, it show that affective education can improve the effect in the primary school English class, and promote learners' long life development.
