Investigation And Study To Improve The Existing System Used To Aid The Needy Students In University

How to further perfect the system used to aid the needy students in universities, and appropriately dispose the needy student, is a critical issue to realize fair education and steady society and is a key factor to build harmonious society. It shall be studied seriously. Case study is applied and one typical university is appointed in the discourse to systematically study the work used to aid the needy students and discuss how to improve the system used to aid the needy students in universities. Total 3 sections in the discourse:Section 1. Raise the issues. The background, purpose and significance of the study is described, also the relevant studies from other literatures are summarized.Section 2. Analysis of the issues. Approaches of individual discussion and questionnaire survey are adopted to study the status of the aiding needy student policies in T University and the feelings between the management and needy student on the policies in practice. Large numbers of updated information in the discourse explain the successful experience and outstanding issues in work used to aid the needy student. It is helpful for improvement of the current system used to aid the needy student in universities.Section 3. Solutions. Based on the researches and studies, improvement approaches in 2 aspects on how to perfect current system used to aid the needy students in universities are proposed. One is to strengthen the management scientifically on system used to aid the needy students to reach the best effectiveness. Second is to add psychological intervention to integrate between economical aiding and psychological aiding.
