By using different study methods such as literature data method, teaching experiment method, statistical analysis method, the author does some researches in this paper concerning how the teaching method of Gradual Experience influences senior high school girl students to accept the sport of volleyball. After field experiments, it proves that the teaching method of Gradual Experience can facilitate the acceptance of the volleyball sport by the girl students. The number of the students who like to play volleyball increases and so does their enthusiasm on the game. Their scores are much higher than before and they also get some certain knowledge of the volleyball culture. Based on the theories and study methods of the Theory of Acceptance and Gradual Education, the author discusses and analyses the following 3 aspects in this paper: What factors influence the acceptance of the volleyball sport; How Gradual Experience influences the acceptance of the volleyball sport; And what the Theory of Acceptance can bring us in our volleyball teaching. In the author's opinion, the teaching method of Gradual Experience can help to guide the students to make some changes on their "pre-structure", and it can also make them experience the sense of success and get some pleasure during the learning process, which will consolidate their acceptance of the teaching contents. The teaching method of Gradual Experience can also provide references for the teaching of other sports.
