With the development of society, education reform, examination oriented education is also constantly to the quality of education, thus cultivating students’ independent learning ability to become the focus of education work. Self-regulation learning as an effective way of learning, can stimulate the enthusiasm of learning, so that students can through self-regulation can be better than complete knowledge of the draw, to expand the capacity of all aspects of the learning task, with very high research value. The aim of this study was to self-regulated learning theory and practice based on, combined with the basic characteristics of college volleyball course teaching, in-depth analysis of self-regulation of learning for College Students Volleyball technology influences the formation of learning, to the self regulated learning implementation of the teaching of physical education in Colleges and universities to, enrich the existing sports teaching methods, and provide the reference opinion for the reform of PE teaching methods in Colleges and universities.In this study, firstly, the literature material law, the expert interview law in theory research and demonstration of the feasibility and through questionnaire investigation and teaching experiment, the collected experimental data, finally, we use the statistics of the experimental data were statistically analyzed. The following conclusions are drawn:1. Self regulating learning is helpful to improve the volleyball course students autonomous learning ability and ability evaluation of learning outcomes, performance for students to complete learning tasks for reflection and summary.2. Self regulation learning can inspire the learning motivation of Beijing Sports University Students Majoring in physical education, improve the digging of students learning enthusiasm and initiative, and improve the effect of learning volleyball techniques.3. Self regulated learning experiment after the experimental class students can take the initiative to set learning goals, choose their own learning strategies.(add content)4. Experiments show that the students in the experimental class have improved significantly in all dimensions of self regulated learning, and the six dimensions of motivation, method, time, behavior, material environment and social environment are improved.
