Study On Beijing Sport University Volleyball Teachers Teaching Ideas

Volleyball teachers have the teaching ideas,will be reflected in the volleyball teaching,the role of volleyball teaching,will affect the students on the volleyball learning effect,and thus affect the development of volleyball.This paper summarizes the teaching ideas of volleyball teachers in Beijing Sport University,hoping to give the volleyball students inspiration in the teaching idea and practice,improve the quality of volleyball teaching and promote the development of volleyball.In this paper,the qualitative research software NVIVO8 is used to log in the text of the interview,and the teaching idea of volleyball teachers in Beijing Sport University is summarized by using the rooting theory and coding.Using the student questionnaire and the observation of the course,the author draws the students' recognition degree that the volleyball teacher of Beijing Sports University will carry out the teaching idea in the course.get conclusion:Beijing University of Physical Education volleyball teachers have the following teaching ideas: adhere to the 'safety first',to promote healthy growth of students,concerned about individual differences and different needs to ensure that each student benefit,stimulate student interest,students students volleyball awareness,Center,emphasis on student status,happy volleyball,based on good teacher-student relationship,cultivate unity and cooperation and competition awareness,emphasis on volleyball technical action,target incentive teaching,training students comprehensive ability,follow the volleyball characteristics and teaching rules teaching and diversification Evaluate students' 12 volleyball teaching ideas.Beijing University of volleyball volleyball teachers in the volleyball general course will be more than 12 volleyball teaching ideas in the implementation of the curriculum students get a high degree of recognition,including the highest 99% of students recognized as the center of student development,emphasis on student status teaching The implementation of the concept,the lowest 89% of the students recognized the effective interest in stimulating students to cultivate students the concept of life-long volleyball teaching practice.Beijing University of volleyball volleyball teachers in the volleyball general course through the eight elements of physical education to actively implement the 12 volleyball teaching ideas,reflecting the concept of teaching,in turn the role of teaching.
