Research On The Teaching Evaluation Of The Political And Ideological Education In University

Ideological and Political teaching work has been facing lots of new challenges, and how to overcome those difficulties and promote its teaching efficiency are becoming a serious cause for concern. The teaching evaluation of Ideological and Political teaching work is both an important link in its teaching process and a way to promote its teaching steadily and efficiently. In the vital transition period of Ideological and Political teaching work in the university, having some deep research on its teaching evaluation has significant and realistic meaning for the improvement of Marxist theory, its subject's development and the pertinence and persuasion of its teaching.This article analyses the teaching evaluation's objects and indicator system, proposes its demand for teachers' quality and capability; the guidance quality, practicability and technicality of teaching content; the guiding ideology of teachers' teaching method, and analyses the effective teaching in the Ideological and Political teaching work. We think modern teaching is essentially the activity in which teachers organize students to have effective learning purposefully and designedly. Therefore, the evaluation indicator system of Ideological and Political teaching work mainly contains teacher evaluation indicator system, teaching process evaluation indicator system and teaching achievement evaluation indicator system.This article believes that only follow the principle of guidance quality, principle of unity, principle of process, principle of objectivity and principle of development can we evaluate the Ideological and Political teaching work practically, and get an objective, equitable and effective evaluation. At last, this article provides an evaluation method system of Ideological and Political teaching work which is made up of the overall evaluation of students' achievement, the typical case analysis system, the feedback of graduates and the teacher intendance system.
