Study Of Mechanism Innovating Of The Ideological And Political Work In The University

This article discusses how to improve the ideological and political work in the university, which unifies literature research and the social investigation, the longitudinal comparison and the transverse comparison from the microscopic angle.In the first part, this article analyzes the current situation of the ideological and political work in the university. Firstly the condition of the teachers who is engaged in "liangke" courses and the staff who is engaged in the ideological and political work technically is unoptimistic. The teaching of "liangke" has a lot of problems such as pleonastic and dated contents, unfitted means. The number of the teachers who is engaged in "liangke" courses is lacking and whose character is not so high. The staffs who are engaged in the ideological and political work have not enthusiasm and go-aheadism because of their low pay. Secondly, the function of the teachers' moral education in the university doesn't work effect. Thirdly, the construction of campus culture is limitated.In the second part, this article analyzes the cause of the current situation of the ideological and political work in the university. First, some leaders have not thought much of the ideological and political education. They pay more attention to intellectual education than the ideological and political education;pay more attention to the teachers' business work than their moral education. Secondly, there is limitation in the mechanism of the ideological and political work in the university. Such as, the evaluating mechanism of the ideological and political work is incomplete, the mechanism being charged with responsibility is imperfect, the leading mechanism is unscientific, the surveillant mechanism has shortcoming and the guarantee mechanism needs to be improved.In the last part, it gives the way to improve the current situation of the ideological and political work in the university. The first, we should complete the evaluating mechanism;the second, we should perfect the mechanism being charged with responsibility;the third, we should make the leading mechanism more scientific. The fourth, we should make the surveillant mechanism more perfect. The fifth, we should improve the guarantee mechanism.
