Research On Contemporary College Students' Education Of Honesty And Faithfulness

Honesty is basic for the maintenance of the operation of economic and social systems, and it also reflects the moral level of a society, furthermore, is fundamental and essential for the moral quality and should be an integral part of a member of societies. The article holds that the cultivation of college students should comprise professional skills, creativity and moral quality. With screening the high education across China, the development of professional skills of college students was put greater emphasis but the build-up of moral quality was neglected, especially the cultivation of honesty level was hurt seriously and imposed negative impact upon the society.The moral quality of college students is rather admirable at present. However, there are some problems we are facing now, for instances, the cheats in examinations, the deny of fees charged by schools, bad motives in making friends and make fake resumes in job-seeking. The reasons of the problems mentioned above come from different fields and the main ones come from social impacts, deficiency in the management of colleges and universities and the inadequate responsibility awareness among college students.The author think that China can learn something from foreign colleges and universities and the schools should enhance the development of honesty, set up credit evaluation systems and honesty files, etc al.This article focused upon the moral status of college students. Upon the basis of scientific analysis approaches, penetrated the honesty and honesty education in China, systematically discussed the reasons and provided some suggestion for the establishment of qualified education system of honesty in colleges and universities.
