Study On Enterprise Education In The Secondary Vocational School

As the result of social and economic development and the change of industrystructure, with the labor force supply exceeding its demand, obtaining employment isundergoing unprecedented pressure. So, it is very important and realistic to developenterprise education in secondary vocational schools and cultivate a large group ofpersons with intense enterprising consciousness and competence.In order to study the actuality and the problems about enterprise educationexisting in secondary vocational schools, the author obtains quatities of informationand many first-hand materials by consulting documents, investigations, inquiries andother methods. Through the analysis of the actuality, the problems of developingenterprise education in secondary vocational schools, advice are given on convertingideas of obtaining employment, reinforcing the construction of organizational systems,building a staff of high-quality teachers, enhancing the building of the curriculum ofenterprise education and a good external environment of enterprise education and soon.The present thesis consists of five chapters. Chapter one introduces theback-ground and concept of enterprise education. Chapter two explains thenecessities for developing enterprise education. Chapter three analyses on theactuality and the problems of enterprise education are found out in secondaryvocational schools. Studies on the target, the curriculum, assess and so on in chapterfour. Measures advanced on the problems of enterprise education in secondaryvocational schools in chapter five.The tentative study of enterprise education in secondary vocational schools helpsto give a better understanding of enterprise education theory, and to be of some usefor reference to the reform of the secondary vocational school and the policy relatedto it.
