Study On The Theory And Practice Of Developing Enterprise Education In The Secondary Vocational School

As the result of social and economic development and the change of industry structure, with the labor force supply exceeding its demand, obtaining employment is undergoing unprecedented pressure. So, it is very important and realistic to develop enterprise education in secondary vocational schools and cultivate a large group of persons with intense enterprising consciousness and competence.Centering on the enterprise education in the secondary vocational schools at present and in future, based on this background, this thesis explores and studies its theory and practice deeply and systemically. This thesis is trying to find some problems in the course of implementing enterprise education, analyze the causes of problems and put forward some proposals and advices on enterprise education, building guarantee system of enterprise education, setting enterprise curriculum and building an excellent teaching resource, etc.The whole thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter introduces the connotation and some correlative concepts of enterprise education; the second states the background and necessity of enterprise education; the third analyzes the present situation of enterprise education through questionnaires collected in the secondary vocational schools; the fourth does deep theoretical study on enterprise education by the transferred methods; the fifth puts forward strategies in this field; the sixth enumerates a typical case.According to the inner logic of things, by means of investigation, statistics, comparing ways, etc, this thesis states and studies the above content step by step with the hope of doing some trifle contributions to the theoretical building and practice work of enterprise education.
