Since the Reform and Opening-up, higher vocational and technical education has been greatlydeveloped in China. Great achievements have been made in the research and exploration oneducational concept, and so are the modes of school-running and professional-training. Theexploration on modes of running vocational education schools and training professionals has alwaysbeen a key point influencing the development of vocational education. As far as the presentdevelopment of vocational education in China is concerned, there exist some problems that are badlyrestricting the healthy development of the economy in china and influencing the development andprogress of enterprises, e.g. It is short of senior technical personals as well as initial and middleprofessionals, graduates from vocational colleges and schools cannot meet the practical demands ofenterprises. The educational modes of School-enterprise cooperation will provide a platform forstudents to fully join in and practice and also save costs of human and material for enterprises.Therefore, it is important to strengthen the research on the educational mode of school-enterprisecooperation. However, a lot of problems of such mode still exist in the teaching system of china. Thisthesis, through the status analysis of the educational mod of school-enterprise in several vocationaleducation colleges and schools in Shanxi province, puts forward to set up school-running modes ofschool-enterprise cooperation that suit the condition of China in order to help students fully practicewhile learning theoretical knowledge in schools, thus realizing employment.This thesis is made up of the following five parts:First part is the introduction. It mainly expresses the reason why to select this subject andsummarizes the related research results home and abroad on the basis of combining the developmentand present condition Fifth of educational modes of vocational education colleges and schools inChina. Researching points and methods of this thesis are also introduced in this part.Second part is about the related theories and present condition of research home and abroad. Theinner meaning of vocational education mod and related theories of school-enterprise cooperation aredefined.Third part is the analysis of present school-enterprise cooperation modes in vocational educationcolleges and schools. Through the status analysis of the educational mod of school-enterprise inseveral vocational education colleges and schools in Shanxi province, some problems in thecooperation between vocational education colleges and schools and enterprises are put forward such as the cooperation level, policy support, cooperation quality, benefit distribution, and so on, as wellas the problems of school-enterprise cooperation in the development of vocational education inChina.Fourth part is connected with the construction of school-enterprise cooperation modes. Thispart introduces how to construct reasonable training modes of school-enterprise cooperation fromthree aspects, government policies, teaching power and construction of vocational education groups.Fifth part gives a conclusion.
