Research On The Evaluation Of E-learning Course Education About Integrative Benefit

E-learning is an important means to frame the lifelong educational system and to form a learning society. How to improve the integrative benefit about Education of E-learning Course , and give it a full play is an urgent problem to be solved. According to the applicability of DEA method used in the educational field, this article aims at evaluating on the integrative benefit of E-learning course quantitatively. Considering the education of E-learning's particularity, the author hope that the method of DEA will help set up a mathematic model for evaluation of E-learning course about integrative benefit.This article emphasizes on the research of the evaluation about E-leaming course's integrative benefit, and set up index systems of organizers and learners separately. At last, set up a DEA-evaluation-model and apply this model to 6 courses. The result tells that 6 courses have different efficiency scores and potential improvements. Since the potential improvement means the space of improving the integrative benefit, it is helpful for the decision-makers to improve the integrative benefit of each course.This article makes innovation in application of methods, and though demonstrational application, there come several conclusions. Making sure of the teaching quality, evaluation of E-learning's integrative benefit makes instructional meaning for improving the efficiency of teaching resources;evaluation of E-learning's integrative benefit cannot be applied only by evaluating the inputs or outputs;using DEA method to evaluate the courses is merely by scores of comparative efficiency, and each unit's score will change according to the others' input or output's variation, but this method is extremely meaningful for the comparative research among different courses;evaluation of E-learning's integrative benefit is meaningful for making good use of educational resources, and this is the best way not only to improve the educational quantity, but also to improve the efficiency of using the educational resources.
