This kind of pattern refers tocaring for the-aged at their own homes and communities, corresponding to the other patternwhich takes social organizations as the caring places. Being different to traditional familycaring pattern, it will depend upon the children and the social service resources , withoutchanging the caring places . As a necessary part of "home care system for the-aged" ,thefamily nursing service mechanism will provides an effective way to get social careresources ,and will be able to play the vital role in the future population aging society.
