Research On Group Work Of Urban Community Home Care Service

In recent years,with the increasing aging of the population structure,supporting the elderly has become one of the important social problems that need to be solved both now and in the future.Social work as the important way to solve the pension problem,effectively promote the development of the pension in China,but with the highlight,pension problems on how to apply the method of social work in urban community home endowment service,how to give full play to mobilize resources,professional,avoid formal problems still exist certain obstacles,It still needs to be solved through certain theoretical research and practical exploration.Taking X ommunity in Shenzhen as the research site,this paper starts from the following four aspects: the preliminary preparation,the general situation of X community home-based care service,the analysis and practice of X community home-based care service,and the follow-up reflection link,and takes the community,community institutions,and community residents as the main survey objects,Based on the activity theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and continuity theory,this paper makes an in-depth study on the current pension model of X community and the home-based pension model carried out by professional institutions.It uses questionnaire survey,observation and interview methods to collect and sort out the relevant data,and analyzes the overall process of community pension service by carrying out group activities,After further understanding the needs of the elderly in the community,20 elderly people of different ages were selected to participate in the group activities.After seven group activities,the paper discusses the professionalism of group work in community home-based care services.Research shows that as one of the professional methods of social work,group work can play a great role in meeting the physical and mental needs of the elderly,and provide a new way to further improve the quality of life and social communication ability of the elderly;At the same time,the group work also provides a new space to improve the community home-based care service system,fully integrate social resources,and improve the effect of professional services.This study analyzes the current situation and problems of group work intervention in X community home-based care service,so as to explore new ways to solve the pension dilemma,and provide practical methods and suggestions for community home-based care service.
