In recent years, reflective teaching has been concerned by many educators all over the world for its rationality of the teaching main body , teaching objectives and teaching tools. It aims to promote the teaching of teachers, the communication between educational theory and practice, and guide teachers towards liberation and professional direction. It also benefits students on how to learn.Text teaching is the main battlefield of Chinese education in schools, hence text reflective teaching is very important to Chinese education in middle schools: it can make us apply the latest psychological research to Chinese teaching practice;implement the concept of New Exporation of Macro-Chinese Language Teaching;and really establish a new ethical relationship between teachers and students , thus change the status quo of Chinese text teaching, which is not optimistic.Text reflective teaching is a process of self-reflection made by teachers. According to the theory, teachers should study the text teaching activities and other relevant factors consciously by using logic methods based on professional ethicsin order to improve text teaching actions and effectiveness. It goes beyond the limitations of technical rational thinking in conventional teaching theoretical study, which is in a more macro and higher level of concerning text teaching practice. It treats text teaching as a dynamic system affected by many factors, and control the teaching process from the whole so as to reach system optimization. In the three phases of text teaching(design, implementation, evaluation), we can give the full play of text teaching by reflecting the teaching aims of texts;construct multiple platforms of text teaching for dialogue;form a pattern of various teaching methods coexisted in class by reflecting the teaching organizational forms;stand out the monitoring role of reflection by reflecting the process of text teaching;strengthen the use of reading teaching strategies by reflecting the text teaching methods;enhance the effectiveness of evaluation by reflecting the evaluation of text teaching;help students support a bridge between "meaning" and "speech" by reflecting the psychology of text reading teaching . Text reflective teaching focuses on the training of reflective ability and quality for teachers, which can make them to build a cooperative, harmonious, trustful humane environment. Certainly, the implementation of textreflective teaching will have an imperceptible impact on the training of students' reflective awareness, capacity and quality.
