Now, studying the education in terms of informatics has been launched widely. The research contents are becoming more and more plenty day by day. In terms of informatics, the process of chemistry study is a process of chemical information transmitting and moving. The extent of organization and optimization of the chemical information which will be imparted to students affects the process of chemistry study directly. The new chemical curriculum advanced: chemical teaching must promote the love of learning, must promote the sufficient development of the students. The author did an investigation and knew the actuality of the organization and optimization of the chemical information in high school from the investigation result analyze. More and more high school teachers attach importance to this question. This is an encouraging phenomenon. But there are also some shortages. For example, the development of teaching information resource is insufficient;the teaching information transfer mode is unitary;some teachers are short of teaching and learning theories. So, aim at these questions, this article refer to massive learning theory , educational information theory and educational transmit theory, expatiates the meaning, the type of the teaching information and four principles and five strategies for organization and optimization of the chemical teaching information. Finally, the author choose four parts in the new chemistry book(which been published by people education press in 2004): chemical concept teaching, chemical elementary theory teaching, element compound teaching, chemical experiment teaching, illustrated how to organize and optimize the chemical information in new chemical curriculum teaching.
