Computer or network , coming into education and teaching is the inevitable trend . Utilizing the network to support the tradition classroom now is the key breach of innovation . Both "how to teach " and " how to utilize" is consequentially related to instructional strategy—which is the core of instruction design. So research on network-based teacher instruction strategy becomes more and more important.This paper, we use the educational software "Virtual Learning Community", research on network-based instruction strategy . We explore its teaching and effectiveness by using case study, questionnaire. Our research has shown , teacher can teach by using organize strategy and manage strategy. But especial strategy and support strategy can more provide effective help. This need teacher teach long time .
