Facing the challenges of IT in education development, our government has decided to popularize Information Technology education in Primary and Secondary Schools, spending five to ten years. Setting up Information Technology required course is the main form. How to foster IT literacy has become the hot point in numerous front-line teachers and e- Education researchers. The practice of Information Technology Course (ITC) instruction has proven that the method of task-driving is very fit for ITC. This thesis explores deep applying the method of task-driving Optimize Information Technology Course instruction in Primary and Secondary Schools, in which these educational research methods have been used: action research, literature concordance, investigation and interview, observation involvement, etc.The thesis makes up of five parts.Part One has concisely shown the background, present situation, purpose, significance and methods of the actual study.Part Two has start with Informatization instructional environment, that can be compartmentalized physical environment and cultural environment The physical environment is impersonality condition how to effective implement ITC, otherwise the cultural environment is concept circumstance. Based on dissertating Informatization instructional environment, analyse ITC's content and methods. According the developing of Constructivism, summarize Constructivist Learning Point, Principles, the role of teachers and students.Part Three has narrated the seedtime of our country's ITC in brief, by summarizing ICT'S characteristics, introduce task-driving. This part has emphasizedthe understanding about task-driving, the character of task-driving and theinstructional flow of task-driving. At last, enumerated a sample.Part four beginning with system optimize viewpoint, the perception of static optimize and dynamic optimize were brought forward. The purpose of static optimize designs what a task. The purpose of dynamic optimize is how to achieve designed task in effect. On this foundation, The thesis designs a new instructionalprocess, regarding the task-driving as main thread, transfixioning whole ITC instruction, combining Collaborative and self-cognition in ITC instructional process. The last part has summarized the fruit of this thesis.
