The education of the ordinary senior middle school plays an important part in all the senior middle schools. In the rural areas of China, the education is the main channel to change the children's fate in the rural areas. Because of various reasons, most of the countryside children have been studying in the country ordinary senior middle school. And now the country ordinary senior middle schools face many problems that aren't easy to solve, such as shortage of money, a lack of qualified teachers, bad conditions of the schools , the problems caused by the Lsh students , and the weakness of the students' quality etc. But the greatest problem is no more than the students drop-out. A great number of students drop-out is a barrier to the survival and development of the country ordinary senior middle school. It means fewer opportunities and lower degree of receiving education for the country children. In recent years, the country education has been keeping developing. The baseline and the end—result of the reform and the development are the student' developing. If the students can't receive the basic education , the developing of the students will not be guaranted. So the drop-out students are those who lose the right of receiving the education. The students ' drop-out is the most serious problem that the country ordinary senior middle schools face.Thus, the problem of improving the teaching quality and lowing the rate of the drop out students becomes urgent and practical. Investigation, analysis and research into the problem will enable the education of the country ordinary senior middle school to play a greater role in the development of the countryside. The study will have great theoretical and practical significance.Based on the case of Zhuwa Seinor Middle School, this paper investigates, learns about the current conditios of the drop-out in the country ordinary senior middle school, and analyses the main reasons for the students' drop-out and gives some suggestions on how to reduce the rate of the leaving off students in the country ordinary senior middle school.This paper consists of four parts. The first is the introduction. In the introduction to the paper, the author defines clearly the questions that will be studied and several important concepts. Meanwhile, the study significance, the study background and thestudy methods have keen expounded. In the second part, the author takes Xishui Zhuwa Senior Middle School as an example and does some research on the Problem of the country ordinary Middle school. The third part concerns analyzing the main reasons causes for so many students drop-out. The fourth part deals with the effect of ordinary education on the country, the individuals in the country and others. Putting forward to some suggestions and ideas on how to reduce the rate of drop-out according to the causes.
