| The thesis uses the approaches of literature, expert interview, and questionnaire investigation, statistical and logical analysis. The research investigates 237 senior RE. teachers in 13 universities and colleges in Hubei province and gets the result of their healthy status and influence factors. The conclusions are as followed: (1) The general status of RE. teachers in universities and colleges is not as good as imagined. There are some hidden troubles, such as sub-health symptoms, unhealthy reactions, abnormal blood index, and overweight. These troubles will definitely influence the overall healthy level of the teachers;(2) Most RE. teachers have positive and scientific attitudes towards sports exercise. However, the frequency and intensity of exercise of some RE. teachers are not enough, and the exercises are not taken regularly, which may cause unhealthy symptoms;(3) Most RE. teachers have scientific life style. But, quite a lot of RE. teachers have bad habits, such as irregular diet and sleep, smoking and drinking;(4) Most P.E. teachers have good consciousness on health, but they are widely short of the knowledge on hospitalizing and examining;(5) Most RE. teachers are on good psychological status, which may do great help to their health. |
