A Research On The Operative Condition And The Choice Of The Operation Model About The Stadiums In Hubei Province

This thesis uses the data-researching method and statistics- researching method to analyze the present operative condition of the athletics places in Hubei province. The author thinks that it embodies mainly on the following sides: the serious shortage on the number of the operative athletics places, the not ideal operative condition of the athletics places, the serious lackness of the professional persons on management, the lackness of the development depth of the athletics places, the shortage of the market development, the simpleness of the service products, the lackness of the profits on the athletics activities, the lackness of the operative management mechanism, the old facilities,and the lackness of the market competition ability. This thesis uses the investigative method to analyze the main operative mode of the present athletics places in Hubei province. And the author thinks the main operative mode is that the internal independence management of the unit, the contract for the leasing management, the business units' independence management, the enterprise-like mode of management, and so on. Based on this condition, the author analyzes the main operative mode of the domestic and international athletics places, considering the main factors influencing the choice of places, and puts forward the total conceive of the choice of the management modes, to improve the management condition of the athletics places in Hubei province.
