The human is the subject of culture, and is the object for culture;at the same time, thehuman is the subject of education, and is the object for education. Everyone knows thatlearner is the subject in educational process, and education focuses on the cultivation anddevelopment of learner's subjectivity. On the other hand, Education cares human's life,significance, experience and creation, so lacking of the cultural function of education, it is notpossible for education to care human's life and significance. Thus, education should payattention to its cultural function for the molding and cultivation of human, so that learner'ssubjectivity can be cultivated and developed in classroom culture.And the realization about the cultivation and development of learner's subjectivity in themost basic educational cultural place, is the realization of its in the classroom culture. Basedon the cultivation and development of learner's subjectivity, the paper researches and get thepreliminary exploration.By researching and observation, and basing on the smallest place in educational activity,classroom, the paper discusses on how to cultivate and develop learner's subjectivities inclassroom culture. That learner become the subject of instructional activity is not enough, andlearner should also be the subject of culture in classroom. This because that humans' activitiesare occupied by their personalities in their mind world, learners' subjective activity areoccupied by their personalities too, and only culture can exchange and communicate withhumans' mind world. So that, the cultivation and development of learners' subjectivities canonly be obtained by the communication between their personalities and culture in classroom.Meantime, latter modern age is a age to rediscover personality. Personality is the core of allculture, and culture is the explanation of personality for a society or a human, any culture allprovides one kind of self-explanation for human. Its rediscovering about the humans'personalities, and the new-brand explanation about the communication between personalityand human, have great enlightening significance for the cultural construction in classroom ,and for the cultivation and development of learners' subjectivity in education.So that, we should do like this: the first, we should acknowledge the exist of learners' mindworld, that's because humans' personalities lie in their mind worlds, and it's the active fieldfor humans' cultural activity and personality;the second, it is necessary for the classroomculture's construction and the cultivation of learners' subjectivities that the participation oflearners' personalities in classroom culture, only by the participation of personality, it ispossible for the classroom culture's construction and the cultivation of learners' subjectivities;the last, learners' personalities is the core for classroom culture's construction, only like this,learners' personalities and subjectivities can obtain cultivation and development in culturalabsorption and conformity process in classroom. Only learners' personalities participate inclassroom culture, the classroom can have subjective culture, and learners' subjectivities canobtain cultivation in the classroom culture.Both culture and human's mind field are ascertained with difficulty for us, and theresearcher's ability is very limited, so there must be some problems and shortcomgingssomewhere in the paper. I am apologized for that, here, I only hope that the paper has a littlecontribution for the cultural work in classroom ,and the cultivation of learners' subjectivitiesin it, and hope it can be helpful for the recent subjective education and instruction.
