The traditional ethics moral education thought is the cultural origin of which the modernethics morals constructs. The morals enlightenment school teaching material, as one kind ofsecularization form, was the morals class textbooks used by those tutors in private clan schoolto teach the schoolchildren in Chinese ancient times, which stressed in teaching ethics moralknowledge to the children and in fostering the children to have the feudal moral thoughts andthe manners of handling matters in the feudal society. In ancient China, especially in SongDynasty, it was through this way to teach the children with the private clan school teachingmaterials, in particular with those moral class materials, that the feudal moral thoughts wascaused to became one ingrained cultural tradition, to come into the young people's marrowdeeply, to control their thoughts and behaviors. Song Dynasty was an important period whichthe private clan school's teaching materials developed, we can even say that it was the peaktime of the development of the private clan school teaching materials in ancient China, for thesystematized morals enlightenment school teaching materials had appeared in the dynasty.Therefore, to study thoroughly the characteristic of the morals enlightenment school teachingmaterials in Song Dynasty, and to open up the researching space of the traditional ethicsmoral education's modern value, will be able to provide a certain of thought theory andmethodology to the modern young people's moral reconstruction, will have important modelsignificance.Altogether this article is divided into four parts:The introduction, is mainly to demarcate the private clan school, the private clan schoolteaching material, and the morals enlightenment school teaching material these basic concepts,and to recommend the developing course of the morals enlightenment school teachingmaterial.The first chapter, is about the outline of the morals enlightenment school teachingmaterials in Song Dynasty, the introduction of the morals enlightenment school teachingmaterials' production and development in this dynasty, and the recommendation of some mainkinds of morals enlightenment school teaching materials.Chapter Two, is about the characteristic of the morals enlightenment school teachingmaterial, mainly obtains from the content's characteristic and the compilation's characteristicthese two aspects of them to analyze.The last chapter, is to sum up the contemporary enlightenment of the moralsenlightenment school teaching materials in Song Dynasty, mainly through analyzing thecharacteristic of the morals enlightenment school teaching materials in Song Dynasty , topromulgate its model significance to the modern young people's moral reconstruction.
