At the end of the 20th century, our country carried out a new turn reform of curriculum. The aim of the reform is to construct the system of quality education. P.E. is the important composition of quality education .The function of system depends on the structure of system .To fully develop the role of the school physical education in the quality education, school physical education must go along the overall reforming road. Since September 2000,the curriculum criterion of the health and physical and education has been issued and carried out in our country. This shows that the reform has developed in depth.Classroom instruction is the basic organization form and the main way to carry out quality education.Under the guidance of the curriculum criterion the reform of classroom instruction is being carried out. Summing up the successful experience earlier, we should use and learn the experiences on teaching reform and the related theories from abroad for reference to widen our view and promote our basic education curriculum reform.In 1993, a book titled a post-modern perspective on curriculum by William E.Doll was published. The post-modern perspective on curriculum, with critical, opening, uncertain ideal, has evoked worldwide repercussions. Our country has made a great progress on the research of a post-modern perspective on curriculum. Since 2001 the ideal of post-modern perspective on curriculum has been infiltrated into the reforming of elementary education curriculum infiltrated. For example, the change of the concept on knowledge: the knowledge, which people have acquired and testified through practice, belongs to the field of cognition. Knowledge is not like noun, which is absolute and unchanged conclusion, but like verb which is a exploring action. The relational is embodied: on the side of curriculum structure it has changed the phenomenon of emphasizing on subject's own unit and being short of subject integration ;on the side of the curriculum content, strengthened the relation between students'life and the science and technology development in modern society. The richness is shown on that the management of the curriculum follows the system of separation of the three powers, which can embody richness and diversity and promote the situation of the localities, schools, and students.The study is based on the reform of physical education classroom instruction taking the 4R theory deserving references into of physical education reform .The study focuses on some questions, particularly on the relationship between teachers and students, ecology P.E. Curriculum, the generative nature of physical education, aiming at widening the theoretical view of the P.E. teachers and promoting the pace of the P.E. Curriculum reform .It will exert active and deepening influence on the reform of P.E. Curriculum.
