Since the reform of basic education began, some educational problems have been criticized and reflected by many people. It is in the reform that generative instruction is put forward and focused on. In 2004, it was in UK-China cooperation experiment research project, assessment and improvement of adaptability and validity of Interactive whiteboard (IWB) in Chinese school system, directed by Professor Ding ect, Capital Normal University, that the introduction of interactive electric board used in daily classroom teaching was started. And some significant progress is made.Recently, interactive electric board is not very popular in China. In addition, study on this region is few either. By comparison the differences between interactive electric board and traditional teaching, the methods of generative instruction are presented which can be referred by educators when using interactive electric board. By doing so, some advantages on interactive board are displayed in classroom interaction and effective teaching.Some important results and opinions are concluded by analyzing references. Some original ideas are put forward. The problems in interactive electric board generative classroom teaching procedures are explored. The characteristics of interactive electric board generative classroom teaching are summarized on several aspects, such as interactive electric board and regular media classroom questions, the teachers'processing of unexpected occurrence in classroom, the statement time of teachers and students and so on.In the last, the disadvantages of interactive electric board classroom instruction are analyzed and summed up, which is based on whether it is valid, how to catch and deal with the generative resources ect.. As a result, interactive electric board can promote generative instruction.
