With the world's curriculum reformation, the courses in China are changing profoundly. Since 1960s, School-based Curriculum has become under attention in the world. There was a driving movement of the School-based Curriculum Development. In the National Basic Education Work Meeting, there was a State Department Decision about the Basic Education Reformation and Development which indicated that the curriculum supervise are carried out by three classes of the nation, the region and the school. School-based Curriculum is the most important composing part of the new round of the basic education curriculum reformation. The movement of the School-based Curriculum Development has activated school, the teachers and the students. It is propitious to form the school-running character and to fulfill the individuation school's developing needs. It's also in favor of the advance of the teachers'specialty level, especially of the scientific research ability. Further more, it advantages the students'subjective, potential and principal developments. It truly meets the needs of the students'surviving and developing. The exploitation of School-based Curriculum is the necessity current of the education democratization and modernization.In the face of the new posture of the exploitation of School-based Curriculum, how to salute the new challenge is the politics teachers'pressing task.The three problems discussed in this article are just the essential preparation and elementary explore for the politics teachers to effective participate the School-based Curriculum.Firstly, the theoretical discuss of the concept, the elements and the realism signification of School-based Curriculum Development. The basic education curriculum reformation ongoing this time materializes the elements and the policy of the new curriculum reformation; School-based Curriculum Development is one under the elements of the new curriculum reformation. The politics teachers should be guided by the new elements in the exploitation of the School-based Curriculum.Secondly, the analysis outspreaded from the relationship of School-based Curriculum Development and the politics teachers.A series of the new requests of the exploitation of School-based Curriculum to the politics teachers, such as the politics teachers'role change required by School-based Curriculum Development, the change of the teaching politic, the advance of the teaching skills, the change of teachers'working, the essentiality for the teachers to fit the changes of learning fashion in the new curriculum reformation, etc.Thirdly, the explore of the material problems affronted in the exploitation of politics School-based Curriculum.In conclusion, through my personal study and practice, the above-mentioned four aspects is the four significant factors of successful exploitation of the politics School-based Curriculum. If the front line politics teachers are able to seize the opportunity in the curriculum reformation and innovation, keep on exploring and practicing actively, they are definitely able to irrigate a spirited oasis in the desert of the exploitation of the School-based Curriculum.
