| Ideological and political education is the intrinsic requirement of curriculum.This is also an significant measure to realize the fundamental mission of foster character and civic virtue.Teachers in various disciplines are the most critical subjects to curriculum politics,which as developer,organizer and implementer of the curriculum.Their capacity of curriculum politics is directly related to the effectiveness of the curriculum politics.Academic research on teachers’ cpacity of curriculum politics mainly focuses on college teachers,less for primary and secondary school teachers.Moreover,most is still in the stage of theoretical discussion,and the empirical research is still insufficient.Then,how is the situation of primary and secondary school teachers’ cpacity of curriculum politics? What are the factors that affect their capacity of curriculum politics? How should we do? Therefore,in the present study intends to explore the situation of primary and secondary school teachers’ cpacity of curriculum politics and its main influencing factors by the questionnaire and interview.Then on this basis,put forward effective strategies to improve the cpacity of curriculum politics of primary and secondary school teachers,provides some reference for the relevant departments to cultivate teachers’ cpacity of curriculum politics.This study preliminarily determines the dimensions,indicators and specific items of the questionnaire,and forms the prediction questionnaire of primary and secondary school teachers’ cpacity of curriculum politics,based on the analysis of the relevant literature.and referring to the opinions of front-line teachers and relevant experts.Then through the project and exploratory factor analysis of 112 valid prediction data to delete invalid eventually formed the formal questionnaire.A total of 418 valid questionnaires were collected in the formal survey.After internal consistency reliability analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis,it was verified that the questionnaire had favorable reliability and validity.In addition,this study also collected some information through semi-open interviews.This study mainly through SPSS26.0 to statistics and analysis.This study from teachers’ curriculum politics goal design ability,resources mining ability,implementation ability and evaluation ability to investigate the situation of primary and secondary school teachers’ cpacity of curriculum politics.This paper explores the influencing factors of primary and secondary school teachers’ cpacity of curriculum politics from three aspects: teachers’ ideological and political quality,school moral education atmosphere and curriculum ideological and political training.The study found that: first,the overall cpacity of curriculum politics of primary and secondary school teachers is above the middle level,but there is a big shortage in the ability of curriculum politics resources mining.Second,the cpacity of curriculum politics of primary and secondary school teachers in teaching age,education,professional title,teaching section,school location are significant differences.Third,teachers’ ideological and political quality,school moral education atmosphere and curriculum ideological and political training have significant influence on primary and secondary school teachers’ curriculum ideological and political ability,which can explain 39.0%,36.0% and 27.3% of the variation of teachers’ cpacity of curriculum politics.Based on this,the author puts forward strategies from the aspects of teachers,schools and training to promote the development and improvement of primary and secondary school teachers’ curriculum politics ability.Teachers should enhance the sense of responsibility for curriculum politics,improve professional knowledge structure,strengthen self-action and reflection.Schools should create a good atmosphere of moral education by strengthen the organization and leadership of curriculum politics construction,create a good ‘curriculum politics’ environment,improve the incentive system of curriculum politics evaluation.At the training level,it is necessary to increase training investment,strengthen training pertinence,optimize training methods,enhancing the effectiveness of curriculum politics training. |
