Under the requirements of the society and the requirements of the education reform, the students become more and more important in classroom teaching. The class is changed from teaching to interactive class, which is supported by the theories of second language acquisition, cooperative learning and task-based teaching. Classroom interaction plays a more important role in English teaching with its efficiency on the cultivating on students'English ability. But due to the level of China's English education and the large use of the traditional teaching method, there are a lot of difficulties in the use of classroom interaction.This paper will have a research from two aspects on the interaction of senior middle school grade two. The research is carried by doing questionnaire and interview and there are mainly four aspects, the forms and the frequency of interaction, the significance to students and teachers, the difficulties in the activity designing and the problems in the participation. Then, do the analysis through the activity designing, the learnability of the activity, teachers'aspect, students'aspect, social influence and the university entrance examination. To know the difficulties in carrying out classroom interaction and find out the reasons. Finally, give some suggestions on classroom interaction.It is hoped that this paper can help us to know the reality of classroom interaction in senior middle school grade two. It can make some contributions to the education reform, English teaching and research. To reduce the gaps between theories and practice and to be useful to the perfection of our country's English teaching.
