Teacher's professional development is one of the most important problems of teaching studies. Teachers are faced with great challenge as the new elementary education reformation. New courses calls for a fundamental change in their educational concepts, teaching approaches and acts. "Teachers development with the new courses" is the urgent requirement of the elementary education reform.The paper mainly adopts the qualitative research method, choosing five Tibetan teachers in primary school M as my research partners, by methods of observation, interview, and anthological referenc es, through deep interview and on-the-spot observation, collecting the five teachers' professional experiences, in the ways of environmental factors, learning experience, management and evaluation and prospect of self-acceleration to sort out and analyze the materials collected and construct the researchers' interpretational understanding towards the development of their professional status quo.After the analysis of the Tibetan teachers' professional experience, four realistic problems are found that the environment the teachers are in restrict the their professional development, the learning environment of them doesn't allow for our optimism, there are some unreasonable factors in the management and evaluation systems and their strong desire for self-development contradicts with the access to it.According to the problems found, the paper provides in four ways the corresponding solutions and suggestions for the Tibetan teachers' professional development:First, to strive to improve their professional development environment, that is, to make full use of the favorable natural conditions around for their professional development and try hard to improve the social environment, creating an "education is useful," socially knowledge-cherishing environment. Second, through coordinating work to give four suggestions for theimprovement of the recent situation that the Tibetan teachers are short of learning, explore the right form of training for them, attach importance to the syllabic development, accelerate their learning and make them to develop themselves by learning, pay more attention to the function of teachers' coordination and cooperation in their learning and research for the purpose of their professional development.Third, take into account the encouraging effect of the evaluation system in the teachers' professional development, improve the principals' management concepts and improve the teachers' evaluation.The last but not the least, to attach importance to the outside assistance, mobilize all the factors utilizable, direct their eyes upon the Tibetan teachers' professional development to help them achieve then-aim of self-development to accelerate their professional development.
