The report of the 19 th Party Congress pointed out that after long-term efforts,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and our country has begun a new journey to build a modern socialist country.In January 2018,the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Teaching Staff in the New Era," pointing out that the quality of teachers should be comprehensively improved and a high-level teacher team should be established.This not only requires the continuous improvement of the professional level of teachers,but also puts forward new requirements for the professional development of each teacher.The reform and development of modern education urges the educational goal to improve the overall quality of students and the transformation of core qualities.This requires each teacher to continuously improve individual education and teaching ability,and to guide students' growth and development through their own progress education..For middle school political teachers,they need to upgrade their professional qualities and business abilities to adapt to the needs of economic and social development.With regard to the current status of political teaching in middle schools,the task of political teachers is not only to impart knowledge,but also to cultivate students' abilities,guide students to form a good quality and positive attitude to life,so the political teachers in the students' growth and development,synthesis The role played by the promotion of literacy cannot be ignored.Responding to the expectations of the growth and development of middle school students in the new era,it is imperative for teachers to upgrade their professional qualities,knowledge,and abilities.Therefore,in recent years,the professional development of teachers has received more attention and support from the country,society,and schools,and has been taught.Good results.However,in the face of a new era,the continuous changes in student groups,and education and teaching reforms,as well as influences from various factors such as society,schools,and individuals,teachers will encounter many new problems and new situations in their growth and development.For this reason,we need to carry out special research on this series of issues to provide certain ideas for promoting the professional development of teachers.This article is based on the research I conducted during the education internship in the past six months.Based on the theory of human development and humanistic education,I will study the professional development of middle school political teachers and find out what the current political teachers are facing.Puzzles and problems,as well as the main obstacles to the development of teachers,and make reasonable recommendations.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part mainly defines the connotation of the professional development of teachers and clarifies the similarities and differences between the professional development of middle school political teachers and teachers of other disciplines,and clearly clarifies the significance of this topic.The second part mainly elaborated the theoretical basis for the professional development of middle school political teachers.The third part mainly analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the professional development of middle school political teachers.The third part mainly from the national society,the external factors of the school and the internal factors of the teacher,put forward the basic strategy to solve the professional development of middle school political teachers,in order to effectively improve the teacher teaching ability.
