| Bilingual teaching is a new hotspot on the blueprint of our higher education teaching reform at present. The teacher must have encountered many difficulties during he explore it. Aided measures have adopted in order to melt these difficulties in physics bilingual lecture of our university. The text discusses one of assisted measures: making use of the technique of multimedia and modern communicates to establish a web of tutorship and answering questions. The author use Dreamweaver MX2004 to finish static pages in order to help students review lessons after class and help them avoid English books to refer to Chinese books. Active pages caused by ASP embed static pages in order to help students put forward questions online, help teachers answer questions online, help students browse and search all answered questions. It is a new try to carrying through tutorship of PBL by network. The text introduces the function of the web, points out the deficiency at present and predicts the direction of aftertime development.
