As a new form of education, Distance-education is greatly developing. It becomes more and more important in tertiary education in our country. In order to make distance-education serve the economic development of society. The paper not only discusses basic conception, basic theory and the present condition of development, but also talks about the orientation, development strategy, problems of distance-education in our country, discusses our country distance-education development strategy, gives some methods on solving distance-education problem in our country.This paper has 6 parts:The first part introduces this thesis research background, the research present situation and the research goal, the significance and the research methods.The second part introduces the distance-education definition, distance-education basic theory, origin of distance education and development modes.The third part analyzes our country distance-education present situation, expatiates on necessity of developing distance- education in our country, and gives distance-education development orientation.The fourth part raises some development strategy on the goal of distance-education, management of distance-education school, the financial control, the country distance education, the distance-education propagandizing.The fifth part raises some problem on distance-education orientation, distance education resources, learning help service, department establishment, teacher literacy, theory research and hardware environment.The sixth part raises some countermeasure on theory research, quality guarantee system, resources construction, study support and service.The seventh part makes some summaries to this research.
