Our education of tertiary student ideological goals not only confronts the chance of development but also confronts the severe challenge. Its outside structure is that it is the core of tertiary student ideological education and it is the soul of tertiary student capacity-oriented education. Its process is that the moral education teachers of our university influent the tertiary student according to the social request and the laws of the formation of tertiary student ideological goals in order to stimulate the tertiary students to form the psychological structure and help them form the scientific ideological goals systems. On the base of absorbing the human being elite of ideological goals education, the education of tertiary student ideological goals in the background of globalization must follow several principles such as sticking to correct goal, setting example to the students, pursuing the reality and it must realize its measures reform from the following aspects such as combine of group education and person education, combine of education and self-education, combine of school education ,social education and family education.
