Interactive research is the foundation of understand structure of society from the micro perspective, research interactivity between tertiary teachers and students is for surveying the whole tertiary internal operating structure from these two most basic group's relationship, then reflect the present situation of society structure. In creating a harmonious social background, to seek the way to create a harmonious campus, thus lead to radiation effect of improving society by tertiary school. This study use DW university as a case, from student and teacher perspective as research focus, using methods combining both questionnaire and interview, to verified interactive structure, interactive content, interactive method, interactive process, and the factors effecting interactivity between tertiary teachers and students, so to show the full picture of interactivity between tertiary teachers and students, research deeper cause of the issues exist in interactivity between teachers and students, and make theoretic thinking based on the foundation based on the above analysis. The interactivity between teachers and students is very complex interactive activity of society, point to point based interactive activity will be replaced by full on, dynamic interactivity between teachers and students. This essay hope to make deeper research for interactivity between teachers and students, and to make some contribution for the better development of teacher students interactivity, therefore push forward the creation of a harmonic campus environment.
