This dissertation is accomplished based on the National Natural Science Fund, No: 70273044, the title is "the Theory and Method Research of Soft Computing on Economic Contribution Rate of Education".The traditional method of measuring the economic contribution rate of education is as follows: at first classify the workers according to their education degree, then select the productivity of certain class as the criterion, the productivity of other classes are measured by the criterion, so the average productivity of all the workers can be obtained, which is used to share the whole economic output. Inevitably, there exist the problems of the product quality of the works, the resource environment and the subjectivity of cognition and the lack of integrity on statistical data. So we use soft computing to measure the contribution rate. Soft computing macroscopically put the areas which have the similar lever of science and technology or have the similar productivity into the same class, firstly, regarding every class as one sub-system, we establish the fuzzy mapping relation between human capital and economic growth(the first sieving wave),and then establish the fuzzy mapping relation between education and human capital(the second sieving wave). At last we compute economic contribution rate of education according to the two mappings. The quality of this kind of mapping relative is realized by the self-adaptive adjustment of intelligent system. It make full use of the robustness of the system to adapt the incompletion of datum and subjectivity of human recognition to exert the computing advantage of soft computing in the uncertain environment.This paper includes four parts.In the introduction author introduces the meaning of this paper, the current research status and the existing problems in the field, and puts forward to measure the economic contribution rate of education in China by soft computing.The first chapter is theory analysis about economic contribution rate of education. After the economic contribution rate of education is measured by Schultz, many scholars and research agencies started to do the research on it. First of all, summarizes literature of economic contribution of education; Secondly, analyses the mechanism that education influences economic growth; Finally, recommends the methods of measuring economic contribution rate of education by scholars in and out of country.The second chapter is the summarization of soft computing. In 1990s, L.A.Zadeh and his students proposed the soft computing (SC) combining fuzzy logic and intelligent technology. It integrates fuzzy thought, fuzzy logic and intellectual technology to model and optimize the uncertain and complex systems in order to construct the true reflection of the object and make the optimization have more intelligent operations. This chapter introduces the genetic algorithm, artificial neural networks and fuzzy system, respectively. Finally the method of soft computing to measure the economic contribution rate of education is presented.The third chapter compute economic contribution rate of education with the case of China.The people who have the same human capital may have different economic contribution rate under different productivity condition, even sometimes can not compare.
