Nowadays, in the information network technology popularization and thesituation of high-speed development, a new computing model--cloud computingtechnology has become a hot focus of moment in all fields and research. Cloudcomputing to the cost saving, convenient, sharing, technical threshold low, more andmore by the secondary vocational school teachers favor, contribute to theconstruction of computer course teaching "cloud" environment, make low carboneducation for sustainable development possible, build a has the characteristics ofoccupation education teaching way.Collaborative learning is the learning objects in a learning activities in groupsor teams, under certain incentive mechanism, as individual maximum ability tocooperate with others learning achievements, then to all relevant cooperation andmutual assistance, mutual assistance role behavior, reflects the student as the center,pay attention to the students’ learning process and knowledge understand, reflect thelearning theory of constructivism, in line with the new education pattern ofcontemporary.The author combines them together, give full play to the advantages of both,the effective training of students’ cooperative consciousness, creative thinking abilityand team spirit, to enable students to complete the construction of knowledge in thelearning process, and effectively support the teachers’ teaching and students’ learning,improve the quality of teaching, also suitable for today’s society for personneltraining requirements.Through the questionnaire analysis of the characteristics of learning, Dongguaninformation technology school students’ computer level and on the cloud computingknowledge, present teaching highlights the serious problem, put forward thenecessity of cloud computing and urgency based on collaborative learning.On cloud computing, collaborative learning, constructivism learning theory, PDCA system model and the teaching design, analysis of the cloud computingplatform and collaborative learning teaching organic combination of feasibility andsuperiority in the secondary vocational school computer teaching, construct aoccupation education is based on the special characteristics of cooperative learningdesign model of Cloud Calculation and the practical teaching design process.The characteristics of the course of "computer application foundation", use theinstructional design process and collaborative learning model design, design theteaching plan "Word2003photo-text--letter DIY" in the Cloud Computing AssistedInstruction Platform for the application in teaching, the learning collaborative cloudcomputing to maximize the promotion of learning teacher’s effective teaching andlearning based on a real change in secondary vocational school students, learningoutlook.Based on cloud computing, collaborative learning teaching model and thetraditional teaching mode in comparison, this paper improved increases the learningmodel of PDCA system in the network on the basis of past, through the "plan (Plan)--execution (Do)--Inspection (Check)--improvement (Action)" system of doubleloop learning model better to test the effectiveness of learning results and learningevaluation design and efficiency analysis, research, summary of gains and losses,improve the quality of school education and teaching, and puts forward the nextresearch content and direction.
